The Salthouse Harbour Hotel

Cadman Flooring was proud to complete a large flooring installation at The Salthouse Harbour Hotel, working across several key areas of the venue including the main restaurant, the new bar and lounge area, and the lobby leading to the toilets and hotel rooms.

Within the main restaurant, we installed a combination of Interface carpet tiles in a geometric random laid pattern alongside LVT. The LVT was laid using both straight plank and a 90-degree angled design with a border to create visual interest and clearly defined spaces within the dining area. We also incorporated a different style of Interface carpet tiles to create circular feature areas within the booth seating, adding a distinctive design element to the restaurant layout.

In the main bar area, we continued the design led approach by combining Interface LVT laid at a 90-degree angle with a border, alongside complementary Interface carpet tiles. This mix of materials helped create a unique and stylish finish while maintaining the durability required for a busy hospitality environment.
